These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of chefllb.com and any orders placed with Lindsay’s Lunch Box (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a food business based in Pennsylvania. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Business
Lindsay’s Lunch Box prepares and sells fresh, chef-crafted meals and meal packs for pickup and local delivery. Our business is based in Pennsylvania (PA), and our service area is limited as described below.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to local residential addresses only, within our designated Pennsylvania delivery area. We do not ship nationwide, and we cannot guarantee delivery to addresses outside our service area or to commercial/business addresses not otherwise arranged with us. Eligibility is confirmed by ZIP code at checkout. Customers outside our delivery area may still place orders for in-person pickup, where offered.
Ordering and Availability
Weekly menus, portion sizes, and Meal Pack options are subject to availability and may change from week to week. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, substitute ingredients due to availability, or cancel an order (with notice) if an item becomes unavailable after ordering.
Payment Policy
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.
- By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including any applicable delivery fees and taxes.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
- Use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, due to the fresh, perishable nature of our food. This applies to individual portions, family portions, and Meal Packs alike. If there is a genuine problem with your order (for example, a missing or incorrect item, or a delivery issue on our part), please contact us at admin@chefllb.com within 24 hours of receipt so we can review the issue; any resolution offered (such as a credit toward a future order) is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Requests to cancel or change an order must be made before our weekly order cutoff. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once preparation or fulfillment has begun.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery/pickup information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not responsible for missed deliveries caused by inaccurate address or contact information.
Tracking and Analytics
Use of this site is also subject to the tracking, cookies, and Google Analytics disclosures in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Lindsay’s Lunch Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our food products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
